What we collect

When you request a free inspection, an estimate, or send us a message, we collect what you enter in that form: your name, property address, phone number, email if you provide one, and any message you write. If you become a customer, we also keep photos and notes from your inspection and job.

If you use the storm check on our home page, we keep the property address you entered so we can follow up about storm damage in your area, even if you do not book an inspection. We keep the address only. We do not collect a phone number or email from that check, and we do not text or email you because of it. Ask us to delete it at any time using the contact details above.

Text messages

If you check the box agreeing to appointment and project update texts, we send messages related to your inspection or job, such as appointment confirmations, reminders, and project status updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is never a condition of purchase. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not send marketing texts.

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Sharing with subcontracted providers who support this service, such as the messaging provider that delivers the texts and our customer support tools, is permitted solely to deliver the service to you.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently use marketing or analytics tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this page first.

Who processes it

Service providers under contract who help us run the business: hosting, storage, text messaging for appointment reminders, and email delivery. We share your information with them only to serve you. We never sell your information, and we never share it with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

Retention and deletion

We keep your information while we are working with you, and for as long afterward as recordkeeping requirements call for. Contact us using the details above to ask us to delete what we hold, and we will, subject to those requirements.
