Drone inspection
We fly your roof. You see everything we see.
Every inspection starts with a drone flight by an FAA Part 107 certified pilot. You see every photo of your own roof on a tablet before we leave, and get a measured roof report, whether we find damage or not.
What the flight gives you
The whole roof, in your hands.
Every slope, up close
The flight photographs the whole roof at full resolution, including the slopes nobody can reach from a ladder.
A measured roof report
Your roof's measurements come from the flight, so the record is complete before anyone talks about work.
Nobody on your roof to find out
A person goes up only when the photos call for a closer look, and then at exactly that spot.
How a flight works
About fifteen minutes, every slope.
- 1
We arrive
A certified pilot sets up in your driveway or yard.
- 2
About fifteen minutes in the air
The drone flies over your property only and photographs every slope of your roof.
- 3
You see it before we leave
Every photo on a tablet in your driveway, the spots a person marked for a closer look, and what we found in plain words. The measured roof report follows by text, whether we find damage or not.
- 4
A closer look when it is warranted
If the photos show something that needs a hand check, a person gets on the roof at that spot, and you see those photos too.

Questions about the drone flight
- Do you still need to get on my roof?
- Not to find out what is there. The flight photographs every slope up close. When the photos show something that needs a hand check, a person goes up at exactly that spot, and you see those photos too.
- Do I need to be home?
- It helps. The flight happens from your driveway or yard, over your property only. If you are home, we walk you through every photo on a tablet before we leave. If not, we text you the record and go through it by phone.
- Who flies the drone?
- A pilot holding an FAA Part 107 remote pilot certificate, under the FAA rules for small drones, over your property only, and with your permission.
- What do I get?
- Every photo from the flight at full resolution, shown to you on a tablet before we leave, plus a roof report with measurements from the flight. It is yours whether we find damage or not.
- Does the drone decide whether my roof has damage?
- No. The photos show what is there. A person reads them and tells you plainly what we found, and you decide what to do next.
- What if you find nothing?
- We tell you that, with the photos.
