We walk your roof and photograph everything we find. You get the complete record.

You decide, we put it in writing
If you want to move forward, we put the agreement in writing before any work starts. It states your three business day right to cancel plainly, no fine print.

Insurance claim filed with your documentation
You open the claim with your insurance company. We hand you the full photo record and paperwork for your claim file.

We meet the adjuster at your home
We walk the roof alongside the insurance adjuster and point out the damage we documented, so it is in front of them during the visit.

Build day
Our crews handle the materials and the install under our supervision. We pull the required permits and protect your yard and landscaping while the work is underway.

Final walkthrough and warranty
We walk the finished roof with you before we call the job done, and back the work with a written workmanship warranty.

Paperwork for your final check
Once the work is complete, we give you the paperwork you need to send your insurance company for your final payment.
