Roof repair & leak repair
A small roof problem rarely stays small. A lifted shingle or a cracked boot lets water in, and water is patient. We find it and fix it before it becomes a ceiling.
The small problems that turn into big ones
Most leaks don't start in the open field of the roof. They start at the edges and the holes: flashing around a chimney, the rubber boot on a vent pipe, the seam in a valley.
Those parts wear out faster than the shingles around them. A boot that's cracked from years of sun is one of the most common leaks we find.
Catch it early and it's a quick fix. Catch it late and you're paying for drywall and insulation too.
How we track down a leak
Water runs along the decking before it drops, so the wet spot inside is almost never directly below the hole. Chasing the stain gets you nowhere.
We work it backward from the inside out, following the path the water took until we find where it's actually getting in.
Then we show you, with photos, so you're not just taking our word for it.
Honest repairs, no upselling
If a repair is all you need, that's all we'll quote. We're not going to tell you to replace a good roof because of one bad vent.
And if the roof really is at the end of its life, we'll show you why and let you decide what makes sense for your home and budget.
Common questions
- Is it worth repairing an older roof?
- Sometimes. If the roof has a lot of life left and the problem is isolated, a repair is the smart, cheaper move. If it's near the end anyway and storm damage pushed it over, replacing it can be the better value. We'll give you our honest read.
- Do you fix leaks even if I don't know where the water is coming from?
- Yes. Tracking down the source is half the job. Water travels along the decking before it drips, so the stain on your ceiling is rarely right under the actual hole. Finding the real entry point is what we do.
- How fast can you come out?
- For an active leak, call or text us and we'll move quickly. A tarp now beats water damage tomorrow. The inspection itself is free, so reach out the moment you notice a problem.
